We deliver complete vibation test stands for turbine blades, aluminium parts or other parts. The test stands are designed following the customers needs. The vibration or acoustic measurements can be done using microphones, lasers or pother sensors. The excitaion of the test parts is done by external force cells or internally by their own motors. The analysis uses FFT spectra, filter signals, RMS values or shock response spectra. The setup and the algorithms can be cusomized to the needs of the test method. The software is desined for simple usability and a very high level of security. All systems have internal databases for the limits of the different parts and the user data. An integration into other data bases is possible. |
